Our platform has helped professionals amplify their authority and scale their content, but here's what you need to know: this is a content tool, not a substitute for professional advice. The content generated reflects frameworks and your input — always review before publishing.
We'll store your information securely (industry-standard encryption), use it only to provide content services, and never sell your data or share it with third parties except our service providers. You own the content generated from your expertise.
You retain ownership of all content generated through CogentCast. The frameworks and processing methodology remain the intellectual property of StackFast Technologies Inc.
Nothing posts without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication.
While our framework-powered approach consistently produces high-quality content, we can't guarantee specific outcomes (engagement rates, lead generation, etc.) because results depend on your niche, audience, and how you deploy the content.
You retain exclusive ownership of all content, expertise, and judgment patterns processed through CogentCast (“Sovereign Data”). StackFast Technologies acts solely as the content pipeline infrastructure.
Zero-Training Guarantee: Your Sovereign Data will never be used to train, fine-tune, or inform any global foundation models or third-party AI systems. Your expertise stays yours.
Sovereign Port: Export your full content archive at any time in standard formats. No lock-in, no exit fees.
Sovereign Purge: Request cryptographic erasure of all data within 48 hours, satisfying EU AI Act (2026) and WA My Health My Data (MHMD) standards.
All data processed through CogentCast is classified into one of four security tiers that govern ownership, portability, and access control:
Tier 0 — Sovereign Bio/Health
Personal health, wellness, and bio-metric data. Exclusively owned by the User at all times. Enterprise or third-party access is permanently and cryptographically prohibited.
Tier 1 — Professional Meta-Logic
Skills acquired, general leadership patterns, and professional growth metrics. Dual retention: the fact of proficiency stays with the User; enterprise-specific context is redacted upon exit.
Tier 2 — Institutional Memory
Workflows, operational processes, and organizational knowledge. Retained by the Enterprise upon termination to ensure continuity.
Tier 3 — Black-Box IP
Trade secrets, proprietary codebases, strategic roadmaps, and internal financial data. Cryptographically sequestered in a clean-room environment. Zero porting permitted.
When CogentCast is deployed within an enterprise context, content data operates under a “Dual-Node” architecture that separates personal expertise from organizational IP:
Enterprise Lobe: Content pipelines, client-facing outputs, and proprietary frameworks developed for the organization remain with the Enterprise upon termination. The organization retains its institutional content memory.
Personal Lobe: Your expertise patterns, professional growth metrics, content voice profile, and personal knowledge remain sovereign to you. Portable to any future deployment.
Clean Room Exit Protocol: Upon termination, the system executes an automated “Sovereign Sever” — programmatic redaction ensures no Tier 2/3 data is exported, while an IP Audit Report provides deterministic proof of compliance.
